Updated 9 October 2026. AG is a private, invitation-based messenger. Live and demo accounts use separate backends.
The service stores your username, password hash, optional authenticator secret, trusted-device public keys, session tokens, profile photo, conversation membership, encrypted messages and attachments, delivery/read status, call records, and notification tokens. Profile photos and account metadata are not end-to-end encrypted. Private contact names, backgrounds, drafts, keys and cached history are stored on your device.
Message text and attachments are encrypted on the participants’ devices. AG’s server does not receive their plaintext or message decryption keys. Reports contain the reason you deliberately submit; do not include passwords, authenticator codes or private message content.
Hostinger hosts the website and backend. Apple delivers iPhone notifications; notification alerts contain no message text. Web push services deliver browser alerts. Calls may use a configured TURN relay to connect devices; call routing metadata and network addresses are needed for this connection. Camera, microphone, photo selection and notification permissions are requested for the relevant features. Denying them does not require granting unrelated permissions.
AG has no advertising, public feed or anonymous matching. Apple may collect TestFlight diagnostics under its own policies. Operational logs and rate limits protect the service and help diagnose faults.
In the app, open Settings → Account → Delete account. On the website, open Settings → Account. Confirm your current password and authenticator code if enabled. Deletion removes the account and associated server records, authored encrypted message copies, profile photo, trusted devices, sessions and queued notifications. Files awaiting deletion are placed in a retry queue. This phone’s account keys, history and pending sends are removed.
Other devices can retain previously downloaded or exported copies while offline. Deletion notices for authored messages are sent to connected recipients and on reconnect; AG cannot erase screenshots or independently exported backups. Restricted historical server backups may still contain older records. A separate deletion journal and tombstones must be reconciled before any backup is restored. Minimal deletion identifiers are retained to prevent restoration of deleted accounts.
Only the explicitly paired account and approved linked devices can communicate. Settings → Account provides blocking and reason-only reporting. Blocking stops communication in both directions across linked devices. A previous relationship cannot silently be replaced by inviting another person. Verify safety codes through a trusted channel and keep backup passwords private.
Send a support request below, or report an account concern from Settings → Account. Describe the issue without sharing passwords, authentication codes, backup passwords or message content. Your description and optional reply address are submitted as plaintext support information.

لحذف حسابك: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب، ثم أدخل كلمة المرور ورمز المصادقة عند تفعيله. تُحذف بيانات الحساب والمحتوى المشفر المرتبط به وأجهزته وجلساته وتنبيهاته المعلقة، وخزينة هذا الحساب على الهاتف. قد تحتفظ الأجهزة غير المتصلة والنسخ المصدّرة بمحتوى سابق. يجب تسوية سجل الحذف قبل استعادة أي نسخة خادم احتياطية.
